FNATIC Unveils VCT 2026 Lineup at INZONE Clash Event

Fnatic has made a significant move for the upcoming 2026 VCT season, revealing their newly assembled roster during the INZONE London Clash 2025 event. An exciting addition to the team is Sylvain ‘Veqaj’ Pattyn, who brings fresh talent to the roster.

New Talent Joins the Ranks

The departure of Timofey ‘Chronicle’ Khromov opened a spot for Veqaj, who debuted with Fnatic in a match against GIANTX on November 9th. This French player, previously with Gentle Mates, has already shown potential in various roles, including sentinel, controller, and duelist. His influence was palpable with a 45/39/5 KDA, which contributed to Fnatic’s 2-1 victory. Veqaj’s versatility will be crucial as he aims to fill the shoes of former player Chronicle, who has moved on to Team Vitality.

A Promising Line-Up

Fnatic’s roster for the VCT 2026 season is comprised of promising and established talents:

  • Jake ‘Boaster’ Howlett (IGL)
  • Emir ‘Alfajer’ Beder
  • Kajetan ‘kaajak’ Haremski
  • Austin ‘crashies’ Roberts
  • Sylvain ‘Veqaj’ Pattyn
  • Milan ‘Milan’ de Meij (Head Coach)
  • Benjamin ‘Scuttt’ Hutchinson (Assistant Coach)

Veqaj’s previous experience with Gentle Mates, despite their struggles in Tier 1, earned him recognition for his consistent performances in VCT EMEA Stages 1 and 2. With Fnatic’s history of grooming Tier 2 talents into stars, there’s substantial excitement around how Veqaj will evolve under the guidance of Boaster.

Future Competitions Await

Looking ahead, Fnatic is gearing up for the Red Bull Home Ground 2025 event, set to take place in New York from November 13th to 16th. This tournament will be keenly watched, with live streaming available on Red Bull Gaming’s Twitch and YouTube channels. As Veqaj integrates further with the team, fans are eager to see what this dynamic roster can achieve on the international stage.
