Inside Look at Paradise Season 2
The CCXP panel offered fans an inside look at the new season, with Sterling K. Brown, series creator Dan Fogelman, and newcomer Shailene Woodley in attendance. The official synopsis reveals that Xavier ventures into the outside world to find Teri, discovering how humanity has endured the past three years since The Day, while Paradise itself grapples with internal conflicts and hidden truths. The blend of survival and intrigue promises to captivate audiences once more.
Brown shared his insights with the audience, reflecting on humanity’s resilience: “So three years, being in this isolated thing from the rest of the world, thinking that the rest of the world has been destroyed, that nobody else existed. Then I finally go out into the world and I see that people, they have survived. … But you do see the resourcefulness of humanity finding a way to survive when it doesn’t seem like there is a way to survive, and people coming together and sharing their resource. … There is a part of me that has to trust and believe in the goodness of people. Right? To survive something you can only get through it together. If everybody’s scared at everybody all the time, then it’s just war. At some point in time you’ll have to come together and fight as a team.”
