The NCIS team dives into one after cracking the case-of-the-week: the murder of a petty officer in town to help a refugee family being recruited by terrorists. Also, Wade (CCH Pounder) works on the special election campaign for Mayor Zahra Taylor that takes place on Mardi Gras.
