Average Kid

Charlie is your average kid. He goes to school, hangs out with his friends, and is, well, a not-so-great pitcher on his baseball team. What he doesn’t know? All of that is about to change.

Family Time

On the surface, Charlie’s dad Jack seems like your typical guy. He and Charlie love to play around and spend time together—except when Jack mysteriously disappears on long work trips and Charlie has to stay with his mom.

Four Friends

When Jack heads off for yet another business trip, Charlie is supposed to call his mom to come pick him up. Instead, Charlie decides to call his friends Berger, Maya, and Lizzie over and throw a party at his now-empty house.

All is going well for the four friends ... until Maya accidentally bumps into a device that activates a secret passage into a hidden elevator. Naturally, Charlie, Berger, Maya, and Lizzie seize the opportunity to find out where it leads—and end up biting off a little more than they can chew.

To their amazement, the elevator takes them to a hidden basement in Charlie’s house, where they uncover a secret: An underground superhero lair belonging to none other than Charlie’s dad!

Funky Gadgets

After getting a chance to play with all the cool superhero gadgets (and even taking a quick donut-filled joyride in Jack’s tricked-out van), the kids realize that this stuff isn’t all fun and games.

Bad Guys

There are some serious bad guys out there, and they’re on the way to the lair.
