These celebs are crazy cat ladies and gents—and proud of it! Pet Appreciation week is this week, but of course for most pet parents, every day is one to celebrate their furry family members.

Here's a roundup of some of our favorite feline fiends; enjoy this catnip of cuteness!

Drew Barrymore

The bubbly host of The Drew Barrymore Show went to rescue one cat—and came home with three! Meet Lucky, Peach, and Fern. "All females," she captioned with the hashtag #GIRLGANG. Perhaps it was meant to be: The former child actor did star in the 1985 film adaptation of Stephen King's Cat's Eye.

Watch The Drew Barrymore Show Weekdays, starting Sept. 14. Check your local listings for times.

Ian Somerhalder

Ian Somerhalder got his first feline, Tiger, when he was just 3 years old. Now the former The Vampire Diaries star and wife, Nikki Reed, are proud parents to two cats—Moke and Sohalia—three dogs, a bunny, and a human.

In 2010, the actor and activist also started the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, non-profit dedicated to animal welfare and protecting the environment.

Patrick Stewart

Star Trek: Picard star Patrick Stewart has been keeping us cultured during quarantine by reading a Shakespeare sonnet each day. (Here he is reciting Sonnet 40 with his neighbor cat, Glen.) P-Stew famously found his beloved cat, Bella, on the set of Star Trek: The Next Generation. And Stewart married a fellow animal lover: He and his wife, Sunny, foster dogs.

Stream Star Trek: Picard exclusively on CBS All Access.

Jonny Lee Miller

Former Elementary star Jonny Lee Miller rescued this tuxedo cat from a kill shelter in March, and he's been smitten ever since. Meet Popcorn: "Despite his gangster demeanor, busted hip and epilepsy, this thug brings nothing but joy to our home," shares the actor on Instagram.

Kat Dennings

She may have played a sassy waitress on 2 Broke Girls, but IRL Kat Dennings is just a big softy when it comes to her rescue cat, Millie.

Happy Halloween!!!

When not playing Mother Abagail on The Stand, actor Whoopi Goldberg loves to dote on her feline companions—even dressing up as a cat last Halloween.

In 2011, Whoopi Goldberg adopted a kitten thrown out the window of a moving car on the Verrazano Bridge. Goldberg named her rescue Vinny—but her other cat, Oliver, wasn't too fond of his new brother, at first. "Vinny is having the time of his life," Goldberg posted on Facebook. "I think he'll get Oliver to come around sooner than later."

Don't miss the limited series The Stand, premiering Dec. 17 exclusively on CBS All Access.

Mayim Bialik

Mayim Bialik's three rescue cats—Addie, Frances, and Nermal—have seen the actress go through all the ups and downs of life, from her divorce to the loss of her dad to the birth of her son. "My cats know when I cry. And they comfort me," she tells Today. "They come over and they snuggle with me special when they hear me sad."
