ASRock, renowned for its GPUs and motherboards, is expanding its Taichi family with this new release. The RX 9070 XT Taichi White is not only an upgrade over the black edition but also introduces novel features. The GPU flaunts a white PCB and heatsink shroud, catering to those who favor a white-themed gaming setup. A new LCD display has been integrated into the card, providing users with real-time system data such as GPU temperature and screen resolution. Additionally, the LCD is capable of displaying information like the clock, date, weather forecasts, and even photo animations.

Technical Specifications and Observations

One intriguing aspect is the reported memory interface of 384-bit alongside a 16 GB memory capacity, a configuration that is technically implausible given current technology. The GPU instead features the conventional setup of 8x 2 GB GDDR6 VRAM chips, resulting in a 256-bit memory interface and a total 16 GB memory capacity. This discrepancy appears to be a video editing oversight. Despite the confusion, the GPU remains a promising option, with an expected boost clock similar to the black Taichi OC edition, reaching up to 3100 MHz.

While the official product page has yet to be launched, enthusiasts can anticipate a solid and visually appealing GPU, closely aligned with the specifications of its black counterpart.
