A fresh wave of excitement is descending upon fans of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Ubisoft has unveiled that a significant update is on the horizon, coinciding with the release of the Valley of Memory expansion. This update promises to enhance gameplay with a slew of new features and adjustments, ensuring that players have a richer experience as they dive back into the world of Mirage.
New Gameplay Features and Missions
The highlight of this update is the introduction of replayable black box missions and contracts. Once players have cleared these missions, they can tackle them again with fresh challenges, such as avoiding Eagle Vision or focusing solely on the main target. Successfully completing these tasks will reward players with exclusive items that can be used in New Game +.
Enhanced Parkour and Control Schemes
In response to player feedback, the update introduces a free jump option, allowing for manual jumps. Alongside this, a refined control scheme aims to make parkour moves smoother when the free jump feature is active. The Back and Side Ejects Mode further allows Basim to perform ejects even without a guaranteed safe landing, enhancing the fluidity of movement within the game.
New Skills and Difficulty Levels
Assassin’s Creed Mirage players can now look forward to new levels of challenge and skill. The update adds the Engineer 2 skill, enabling Basim to fully equip level 1 enhancements to his tools. Additionally, there’s a powerful level 3 modification to boost all tools. For those seeking tougher gameplay, new difficulty settings are available: Hardened Assassin and Ultimate Assassin, each presenting enemies with increased defenses.
The free update for Assassin’s Creed Mirage arrives alongside the Valley of Memory expansion on November 18, bringing with it an array of new features to enhance the gaming experience.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One.
