The solo developer behind Schedule 1 has rolled out version 0.3.5, a content-rich update for the drug-dealing sim that enhances both functionality and atmosphere. The two standout additions are a jukebox system and a newly available property called the storage unit, giving players more room to expand operations early in the game.
If you’ve been producing Schedule 1 recipes non-stop, chances are you’ve hit a wall with storage. The regular in-game properties can only hold so many shelves. That issue is now addressed with a separate unit dedicated entirely to storage.
Introducing the Storage Unit: Stash and Dash
The new storage unit property, titled Stash and Dash, is available for $5,000 through Ray’s Realty. Conveniently located just north of the overpass near the casino, this spot is ideal for new players looking for early-game expansion. It’s budget-friendly and adds strategic depth to your setup.
Once purchased, the unit allows space for one worker and one loading bay, making it a reliable drop-off point for ingredients and materials. While the room is limited, it supports several grow setups and shelves—offering a perfect stash point for both products and cash.
Spin Your Soundtrack: The New Jukebox
Also introduced is a jukebox feature, purchasable for $1,500 from Bleuball’s Boutique. Conveniently, this boutique sits right next to Ray’s Realty, so players can grab both new additions in a single trip.
The jukebox includes all 19 original soundtrack songs, plus 8 fresh tracks, all composed by Kaesul. That brings the total to 27 tunes players can enjoy while tending to their virtual empire.
Bug Fixes and Technical Upgrades
The update also comes with performance and quality-of-life improvements. Issues where loading docks failed to appear at the barn and warehouse have been resolved. An unusual bug involving a $100 balance popping up on new saves was also addressed.
To streamline the experience, individual save files have now been grouped into larger ones, speeding up the save process and improving compatibility with Steam Cloud Sync.
What’s Coming Next?
Looking ahead, the developer is working on multiple new features. These include replacing employee beds with lockers to save space, implementing filters for item slots to better manage inventory, and allowing players to move employees between properties—a long-requested feature.
