Danish esports organizer BLAST has revealed that the fourth edition of its premier Dota 2 tournament, BLAST Slam IV, will be held in Singapore later this year. The competition is set to take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from November 7-9, 2025, marking the first major Dota 2 event in the city since The International 2022.
A Premier Esports Destination
Singapore’s 12,000-seat Indoor Stadium has a strong history of hosting top-tier esports events, including past Dota 2 tournaments. The venue’s reputation for electrifying atmospheres makes it an ideal location for BLAST Slam IV, where 10 elite teams will battle for a $1 million prize pool.
BLAST has confirmed that team announcements will follow in the coming months, keeping fans eagerly anticipating which squads will secure their spots.
BLAST’s Growing Influence in Dota 2
2025 marks BLAST’s first full year in the Dota 2 competitive scene, and the Slam series has quickly become a must-watch event. The inaugural tournament drew nearly 200,000 peak viewers, with BetBoom Team claiming victory.
Currently, the third BLAST Slam tournament is nearing its conclusion, with Team Falcons, Tundra Esports, Gaimin Gladiators, and Aurora Gaming all vying for the championship. The event wraps up on May 11, setting the stage for even bigger stakes in Singapore.
