The Call of Duty League (CDL) is gearing up for action as it releases the schedule for its highly-anticipated opening weekend. Running from December 5th to 7th, 2025, all 12 teams will kick off their campaigns in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 season. This marks the beginning of their journey toward securing a spot in Major 1, with seeding points up for grabs.

Each of the three days will feature three best-of-five matches, with the winners earning 10 CDL Points. These points are crucial for determining the seeding for Major 1, set to take place from January 29th to February 1st, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.

The action begins on December 5th with defending champions OpTic Texas facing Riyadh Falcons. Meanwhile, the Carolina Royal Ravens will clash with Boston Breach, followed by a headline match between Los Angeles Thieves and FaZe Vegas.

Day two on December 6th introduces revamped teams as Toronto KOI takes on Miami Heretics. The Vancouver Surge will go head-to-head with Paris Gentle Mates, and G2 Minnesota will compete against Cloud9 New York, a team that’s undergone significant changes this season.

On December 7th, the Riyadh Falcons return to the battlefield against the Los Angeles Thieves. Paris Gentle Mates, fresh off their Kaysan’s Showdown VII victory, will face FaZe Vegas. The opening weekend concludes with OpTic Texas battling G2 Minnesota.
