China’s premier League of Legends competition, the LPL, is gearing up for a massive overhaul in 2026. Teams are making substantial changes in hopes of reclaiming China’s status on the international stage. As the LPL 2026 season approaches, sources have outlined all confirmed rosters.
The LPL is undergoing a major restructuring in 2026 after a challenging 2025 campaign.
BiliBili Gaming (BLG)
If there’s one team expected to dominate the LPL in 2026, it’s BiliBili Gaming. After a disappointing end to their 2025 Worlds run, BLG has had an incredible off-season. They brought back jungler Peng ‘Xun’ Lixun and imported Korean ADC Park ‘Viper’ Do-Hyeon from the LCK. With head coach Yang ‘Daeny’ Dae-in joining, BiliBili Gaming is the undisputed biggest winner of the LPL off-season.

EDward Gaming (EDG)
While EDward Gaming is distant from its golden era when it lifted the Summoner’s Cup in 2021, the roster for the 2026 season holds promise. Top laner Zhu ‘Zdz’ De-Zhang, jungler Peng ‘Xiaohao’ Hao, support Wang ‘Parukia’ Ping-Yang, and mid laner Xiang ‘Angel’ Tao are returning for another season. The team replaced ADC An ‘Ahn’ Shan-Ye with Hu ‘Leave’ Hong-Chao, who previously played for Ninjas in Pyjamas. With Parukia, the LPL Rookie of the Year, alongside him, the EDG bot lane could be formidable.

After failing to qualify for Worlds, JD Gaming has undergone a significant rebuild, retaining only top laner Xu ‘Xiaoxu’ Xing-Zu. They brought in the jungle-mid duo of Yu ‘JunJia’ Chun-Chia and Tsai ‘HongQ’ Ming-Hong, after a standout year on LCP team CTBC Flying Oyster. The new bot lane will consist of former Invictus Gaming ADC Chen ‘GALA’ Wei and Team WE support Zhao ‘Vampire’ Zhe-Can. A major acquisition for JDG is head coach Wong ‘Tabe’ Pak Kan, known for leading LPL teams to international success.
