This dialogue guide provides a comprehensive overview of all the responses available in the game, helping players strengthen or even strain bonds with party members. Whether aiming for the most heartwarming outcome or curious about the worst response possible, this guide applies to all current versions of the game, including both the original PS5 edition and the PC release from 2025.
Dialogue Choice System
Throughout the story, players frequently choose from three different responses during character interactions. Though not initially apparent during the first playthrough, each option has a hidden score:
- The most favorable answer earns 3 stars
- A neutral or mildly positive reply earns 2 stars
- The least effective or awkward option gives only 1 star
Note: A change was made in Chapter 6 regarding Yuffie’s second dialogue. This guide reflects the updated and correct response, which differs slightly from what was shown in early video walkthroughs.
