Fluxo and W7M Join Forces to Forge Brazilian Gaming Giant

The world of Brazilian esports is buzzing with excitement as two giants, Fluxo and W7M, have joined forces to form a new powerhouse organization, Fluxo W7M. This merger is set to shake up the competitive landscape, combining the strengths of both entities to create a formidable force in the industry.

Fluxo and W7M have announced a merger, creating a new organisation focused on dominating Brazilian esports. Now known as Fluxo W7M, the new organization aims to merge the ‘competitive edge’ and ‘strong community’ of Fluxo with the ‘structure’ and ‘management excellence’ of W7M. Fluxo W7M will compete in several popular titles, including League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege X, Free Fire, EAFC, and Kings League (Fluxo FC).

Fluxo W7M’s Collaborative History

The merger comes as no surprise to dedicated fans, as Fluxo and W7M have a history of collaboration. They have been jointly operating a League of Legends team for over a year, and W7M acquired Fluxo’s R6 Share 2025 spot earlier this year. “This merger is not just about bringing operations together — it is about creating a stronger organization, better prepared and with a greater ability to generate value for partners, athletes, and fans,” said W7M CEO Felipe Funari. The merger is expected to provide a stronger foundation for both brands as they compete across various titles, with the potential for increased partnership opportunities and greater exposure.

Fluxo Brings Free Fire Dominance

Fluxo is renowned for its dominance in the Free Fire scene, having secured victories at the Free Fire World Series Global Finals in both 2023 and 2024. As mobile esports continue to flourish, Brazil stands out as one of the largest markets outside of Asia. Fluxo’s Free Fire prowess is a key asset in this new partnership, bringing a wealth of experience and success to the merger.

W7M are Rainbow Six Siege Legends

W7M has established a legendary status within the R6 esports scene, being the first team to win back-to-back BLAST Majors in 2023. As a celebrated R6 team in the Rainbow Six Mobile South America League, W7M brings its expertise and reputation to the new organization. With a Free Fire team and a League of Legends team already in play, the merger promises continued growth and potential expansion into new titles, further solidifying Brazil’s influence in the global esports scene.
