Fortnite fans, get ready to dive into a thrilling new adventure as Epic Games unveils Chapter Seven: Pacific Break. Following the astounding success of Chapter Six: Zero Hour, where over 10.5 million players participated and more than three million tuned in via livestreams, this new chapter promises to be just as captivating.
Discover the Golden Coast
In Pacific Break, players will experience a unique entry to the Golden Coast island by “Storm Surfing” instead of the traditional Battle Bus drop. The sun-drenched map is packed with exciting locales like Battlewood Boulevard, Sandy Strip, and Bumpy Bay. From exploring on foot to soaring in hot air balloons, there’s something for everyone.
Fortnite Chapter Seven brings a host of gameplay innovations, such as drivable reboot vans and a self-revive device for when players are down but not out (DBNO). The DBNO state is enhanced with the ability to roll away, sprint, and even enter vehicles. Boss battles against characters like Human Bill and Beach Brutus will challenge players and reward them with powerful abilities and loot.
Exciting Additions and Enhancements
During each storm phase, Rift anomalies could appear, offering loot and unique effects to players. To level the playing field, gold bars won’t carry over between matches anymore, meaning players should spend them wisely before each match concludes. New weapons like the Iron Pump Shotgun and Deadeye Assault Rifle make their debut, offering improved responsiveness and smooth aiming transitions.
The season also introduces a wingsuit, which lets players glide across the island, and sees the return of favorites from the Vault like the All Terrain Kart and Chug Jugs. The revamped Battle Pass offers exciting unlocks, including characters like The Bride and Marty McFly, alongside unique Fortnite originals.
Additional Features and Upcoming Events
With redesigned hit markers, better visibility, and enhanced weapons, the gameplay experience is more engaging than ever. Spectator mode improvements and a new emote wheel add to the fun. Players can also look forward to Quentin Tarantino’s The Lost Chapter: Yuki’s Revenge, premiering today at 2 PM Eastern Time.
Epic Games is launching Fortnite Chapter Seven: Pacific Break, featuring a wealth of new content, thrilling gameplay mechanics, and exciting challenges for players to enjoy.
