Meet the New Lineup

The refreshed roster includes VCT stalwarts like former MIBR player Arthur ‘artzin’ Araujo and emerging tier-two talents. The Brazilian organization’s squad now comprises Arthur ‘artzin’ Araujo (Sentinel), Daniel ‘eeiu’ Vucenovic (Initiator), GianFranco ‘koalanoob’ Potestio (Flex), Michael ‘nerve’ Yerrow (In-game Leader & Controller), Torogul ‘alym’ Baidyldaev (Duelist), and Luiz ‘basic’ Tessaro (6th Player). Overseeing their strategy are coaches Ian ‘shaW’ Jardim and Lucas ‘Kamino’ Kamino.

“2025 has been the year of the panther. Now, there’s just one piece left to fit: It’s time to activate our secret agents,” shared FURIA in the official announcement.

Veterans such as eeiu, artzin, and koalanoob bring a wealth of experience from their tenure with teams like 100 Thieves, MIBR, and NAVI. Artzin, in particular, has garnered attention for his daring performances at the VALORANT Champions Paris in September 2025. Meanwhile, nerve, alym, and basic are set to make their tier-one debuts, hailing from teams like 2Game Academy and QoR Gaming.

Challenges and Ambitions

Since its debut in 2021, FURIA has been an active competitor in VALORANT but has faced challenges in the VCT Americas league, struggling to keep up with rivals like LOUD and KRÜ Esports. The 2025 season was particularly tough due to persistent roster changes caused by visa issues, resulting in only one win out of 13 matches in various stages of the tour.

The 2026 roster will soon showcase its revamped strength from December 4th to 6th at the Sentinels Invitational Off//Season event. Competing against teams like Shopify Rebellion Black, 100 Thieves, and Sentinels, FURIA is ready to make its mark.

By embracing a bold new lineup and strategy, FURIA aims to redefine its presence in the competitive esports landscape, striving for success in the upcoming VCT season.
