G2 Unveils Red Aura Webtoon Series

G2 Esports is stepping into the world of digital storytelling with the launch of “Red Aura,” a vibrant online comic series that draws inspiration from the esteemed European esports organization. Starting October 31st, fans worldwide can delve into this captivating narrative available in both Japanese and English, with new episodes dropping weekly.

The Birth of Red Aura

In collaboration with Japanese Art Director Runbel and KISAI Entertainment, the creative minds behind the web comic adaptation of “AVATAR: The Last Airbender,” G2 Esports is venturing into this exciting new medium. This project is a testament to G2’s commitment to “push creative boundaries of an esports organisation,” aiming to reach fresh audiences as they broaden their entertainment and media horizons. This innovative series is set to release over 40 episodes in its debut season, with the initial five episodes now available in Japanese on the LINE MANGA platform. Plans are in place to extend the series across more languages on the WEBTOON platform soon.

G2 Esports’ Continued Expansion

The year 2025 has been significant for G2 Esports as it diversifies beyond traditional esports realms. The organization kicked off the year by introducing agency 62, a media house designed to bridge the gap between non-endemic brands and esports enthusiasts. In April, G2 made headlines with its move into traditional sports, launching the G2 Football Club, which competes in the Kings League Germany and proudly holds second place. Additionally, G2 has embraced the fashion world by teaming up with various lifestyle brands to bring exclusive merchandise collections to fans.
