Gaimin Gladiators Unveils $1M Gaming Hub in Lisbon

Gaimin Gladiators, the Canadian esports powerhouse, has opened a state-of-the-art $1 million gaming facility in Lisbon, Portugal for competitive gaming. This centre accommodates gamers, coaches, and content developers working on an esports title in the game’s dedicated hub. 

Cutting-Edge Features and Amenities

The Lisbon facility has a variety of high-performance gaming facilities and amenities. It has several bootcamp rooms with seven high-end PCs, speedy Internet along with fully stocked kitchen. Coaching areas for strategy, relaxation areas, and lounge spaces where players can chill out. The organization’s website lists the hub at approximately $280 per night for teams seeking a premium bootcamp environment. 

Sponsorship Support and Vision

The facility, sponsored by gaming peripheral brand SteelSeries and betting platform Winline, underlines the Gaimin Gladiators’ commitment to creating a world-class esports ecosystem. Nick Cuccovillo, Co-Founder and President, said other teams are welcome to use the space for bootcamp, fostering a collaborative community within the global gaming space. He expressed the euphoria of having the hub, which encapsulates years of hard work and instils a sense of belonging in the visiting teams and personification of gamesmanship.

Gaimin Gladiators’ Competitive Legacy

The organization has become well-known in several esports games since it was founded in 2019 and renamed Gaimin in 2022. Its Dota 2 roster is extra special as they have won DreamLeague Seasons 19 and 20, the ESL One Berlin Major, and finished 2nd at The International in both 2023 and 2024. The group fields competitive teams in Apex Legends, Fortnite, Overwatch 2, Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, PUBG, Mobile Legends, and CrossFire.

Esports World Cup Ambitions

Being one of the 40 clubs in the Esports World Cup Partner program is proof of Gaimin Gladiators’ elite status. After finishing in the top eight in the last edition, the organization will be gunning to grab its share of the $27 million prize purse up for grabs in the EWC Club Championship, all thanks to its various rosters across different titles.
