The GMKtec M3 Ultra Mini PC boasts an Intel Core i7-12700H CPU. Our test unit included DDR4-3200 32 GB (16 GB x2) SO-DIMM memory and a 1 TB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 M.2 drive. For storage expansions, two M.2 slots are available, supporting up to 16 TB total capacity.
This Mini PC integrates the Intel Core i7-12700H CPU, featuring a blend of 14 cores divided into 6 Performance Cores and 8 Efficient Cores, 24 MB of L3 cache, and a turbo speed reaching 4.70 GHz. It operates at a base TDP of 45W, with turbo power peaking at 115W, making it optimal for demanding tasks and multi-threading applications.
The integrated Iris Xe graphics, with 96 EUs and speeds up to 1.4 GHz, handles visuals. Although it’s an older model, it does support modern APIs like DX12.1, OpenGL 4.6, and OpenCL 3.0. However, newer Intel Core Ultra series with Arc iGPUs offer more advanced capabilities.
Memory options include 32 GB DDR4-3200 in dual-channel mode. The Mini PC also offers a 16 GB memory variant and can be expanded to 64 GB. Storage is facilitated through two M.2 2280 slots (2 x Gen3 x4), each supporting up to 8 TB, with one slot already fitted with a 1 TB SSD.
