The upcoming Honor of Kings International Championship 2025 is set to bring the competitive season to a thrilling climax. Fans from around the globe are eagerly anticipating this prestigious event, which will see the world’s best teams gather in the Philippines for an intense offline LAN tournament. Running from November 14th to 30th, 2025, the championship promises to deliver unforgettable moments for esports enthusiasts.

Championship Format

Reports suggest that the tournament will feature several stages, although the exact format has yet to be officially announced. It’s anticipated to follow a similar structure to last year’s event. The action kicks off with the Group Stage over the first four days, likely involving teams split into groups of four competing in single round-robin Bo3 matches. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs, which will feature a Knockout Stage from November 20th to 29th, using a double elimination bracket with Bo5 matches. The championship will culminate on November 30th with the Grand Finals, where the final two teams will clash in a Bo7 showdown to crown the victor.

Participating Teams of 2025

The tournament will see 16 teams vying for victory, having qualified through various competitions over the season. Notable qualifiers include Blacklist International, BOOM Esports, Elevate, and A.C.T Esports Club from the Philippines Kings League 2025 Fall. Meanwhile, the MY Honor of Kings League has sent defending champion HomeBois Black Shrew Esport, Nova Esports, and Alpha Gaming. From Indonesia’s Kinga Laga 2025 Fall, Bigetron by Vitality, Kagendra, and Vesakha Esports have secured their spots. Additionally, two teams emerged from the Honor of Kings Brazil Championships 2025 Spring: Loops and Alpha7 Esports. Other contenders include Nongshim Redforce, OG Esports, and Twisted Minds. The final slot will be determined by the Phoenix Reborn Qualifier on November 11th, where WETRND Esports and Rex Regum Qeon will battle for their place.

Prize Pool and Rewards

Teams will battle for a substantial $1 million (~£764,785) prize pool, with the victor receiving $300,000 (~£225,000). Additionally, the top three teams will earn spots in the Challenger Cup 2025, where 32 international teams will compete for a ¥3.5m (~$490,770/£369,000) prize pool later this year. Honor of Kings will also introduce a special in-game skin for the assassin-hero Jing in celebration of the event, and the tournament’s final MVP will be rewarded with a unique themed skin. The championship will be streamed live from November 14th on the official YouTube and Twitch channels.
