KT Rolster’s Bdd Crowned LCK Player of the Year

KT Rolster’s mid laner, Gwak ‘Bdd’ Bo-sung, has achieved a remarkable milestone by being named the LCK Player of the Year at the 2025 LCK Awards. This prestigious event celebrates outstanding performances in South Korea’s premier League of Legends competition, honoring players for their exceptional contributions throughout the year.

The Journey to Victory

Throughout this year, Bdd has consistently proven himself as a formidable force in the LCK, leading KT Rolster to numerous victories both domestically and internationally. His standout performance on Mel during the 2025 World Championship Grand Final was a highlight, helping his team maintain their competitive edge in a gripping five-game series. Bdd’s accomplishments were further recognized as he outshined fellow top players such as Jeong ‘Chovy’ Ji-hoon, Lee ‘Faker’ Sang-hyeok, and Lee ‘Gumayusi’ Min-hyung to secure the Player of the Year title, along with a prize of ₩10,000,000 (~£5,058).

While Bdd claimed the Player of the Year award, the title of LCK Mid of the Year was awarded to Gen.G’s Chovy, sparking discussions among fans about the impressive performances both players delivered this season.
