For the first time ever, Steam is diving into Black Friday fever with a massive sale event. While many may have assumed this was always part of Valve’s yearly tradition, surprisingly, Black Friday sales have not been on Steam’s calendar—until now.

“What a week!” exclaimed Valve in a recent announcement, highlighting the global excitement surrounding Black Friday. This annual shopping extravaganza is celebrated with enticing deals, and this year, Steam is part of the action with a dedicated page showcasing discounts on a host of games throughout the week.

Exciting Discounts on Popular Games

The sale features an impressive lineup of discounted games. Gamers can enjoy 50% off EA Sports FC 26, 15% off Battlefield 6, and a massive 67% off Risk of Rain 2. Other notable deals include 20% off Helldivers 2, 34% off Blue Prince, and 8% off Dead by Daylight.

Further deals see Ghost of Tsushima available at 40% off, a staggering 75% off Red Dead Redemption 2, and an incredible 95% off Warhammer: Vermintide 2.

More Than Just Games

Until December 1, 10am PT (1pm ET), you can also enjoy a 20% discount on the Steam Deck LCD 256GV model. Additionally, gamers can nominate their favorites for the 2025 Steam Awards. The sale, however, does not include pre-order discounts for Valve’s newly unveiled Steam Machine, new controller, or Steam Frame VR headset.
