If you’re captivated by the sleek design of the Apple Mac Pro, the Omini Pro is sure to catch your eye with its equally impressive aesthetic. This new mini PC not only mimics the iconic “Cheese-Grater” look but comes packed with AMD’s powerful Zen 4-based APU for those craving performance and style.
Introducing the ORICO Omini Pro
Drawing inspiration from the Apple Mac Pro 2019, ORICO has unveiled its latest creation, the Omini Pro. This mini PC features a refined chassis that mirrors the original, with a modern silver finish crafted using aluminum alloy, CNC, fine sandblasting, and anodizing techniques. While it carries the ORICO brand, its resemblance to the Mac Pro is unmistakable, complete with the characteristic handles and perforated design for optimal ventilation. Despite its compact dimensions of 139 x 61 x 185 mm, the Omini Pro houses the formidable Ryzen 7 8845HS processor.

Powerful Performance and Connectivity
The heart of the Omini Pro is its Zen 4-based 8-core/16-thread APU, which operates between 3.8 to 5.1 GHz and features integrated RDNA 3 graphics. While it doesn’t quite match up to the latest Zen 5 Krackan Point or Strix Point chips, it still delivers solid performance for many tasks, including gaming at low to medium settings thanks to the Radeon 780M graphics. Connectivity is a strong suit of the Omini Pro, equipped with WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and dual 2.5G LAN ports. Additionally, it includes dual USB4 Type-C ports for high-speed data transfer. A 120W gallium nitride power supply efficiently powers the system.

Pricing and Availability
On the market via JD, the ORICO Omini Pro is priced at 3,899 Yuan or US$547. However, savvy buyers can seize a pre-sale opportunity to purchase it for just 2,699 Yuan or US$379 for the barebones version. The Omini Pro offers flexibility with configurations that include up to 2 TB of M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD storage and 32 GB of 5600 MT/s SO-DIMM DDR5 RAM.
