The schedule for the Overwatch Championship Series (OWCS) Stage 1 promotion and relegation tournament has officially been announced. The event, covering both the EMEA and NA brackets, is slated for April 13, 2025.
In this upcoming Overwatch 2 competition, the two lowest-ranked teams from OWCS Stage 1 will go head-to-head with the two highest-performing teams from the FACEIT League (FIL) Master Division Season 4.
According to an announcement shared on the official Overwatch Esports account on X, the matches are scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM CEST. Within the revamped 2025 competitive format, the top two teams from each regional bracket will advance to OWCS Stage 2.
While the majority of matches will be streamed live via YouTube and Twitch, the opening two matchups in each bracket will not be broadcast.

Team Vision enters the tournament as the frontrunner, following a strong victory over Sakura Esports during EMEA Stage 1. Meanwhile, Frost Tail Esports is another team to watch. The squad recently triumphed over Quick Esports in both the upper bracket finals and grand finals, creating buzz around the possibility of securing a third consecutive win against the same opponent.
