Recently relocated to Paris and with a fresh lineup, the Gentle Mates showcased their prowess by defeating OpTic Texas in the Grand Final with a decisive 4-1 score. The tournament opened with their commanding win over the Los Angeles Thieves, setting up a thrilling upper bracket showdown against OpTic Texas. In an intense five-game series, the Gentle Mates’ performance on Den Search and Destroy secured their spot in the Grand Final and guaranteed a share of the $50,000 prize.
The Green Wall’s resilience saw them return to face Paris Gentle Mates after defeating the Los Angeles Thieves. However, despite starting strong with a 250-246 victory in Blackheart Hardpoint, OpTic Texas couldn’t maintain the lead, losing the subsequent four maps.

The new roster is already making waves, having finished second at the Monster Energy Launch Invitational. With the first online qualifiers for Major 1 kicking off on December 5th, all 12 teams aim to start the Black Ops 7 season strong.
