Side Quests are expansive, story-driven missions that often affect the game world in meaningful ways—altering the lives of specific characters, shaping the fate of villages, or impacting the surrounding regions. These quests frequently involve multi-step narratives and can feature complex moral decisions or significant branching paths.
Activities, sometimes referred to as Tasks, are smaller in scope. These assignments typically revolve around simpler tasks, such as completing a repeatable challenge or resolving a minor issue. Because of their scale and nature, these are tracked separately under a dedicated section for Activities and Tasks.
It’s important to note that these quests differ from the spontaneous events that may arise during exploration. Such occurrences, which might involve named NPCs encountered by chance, can offer unique but unstructured narrative moments.

- The Blacksmith’s Son – Initiated in Tachov with Blacksmith Radovan.
- The Jaunt – Unlocks in Tachov from Blacksmith Radovan after completing The Blacksmith’s Son.
- The Hermit – Triggered by Blacksmith Radovan in Tachov after finishing The Jaunt.
- Materia Prima – Starts at the Lower Semine Mill with Kreyzl.
- Forbidden Fruit – Also at Lower Semine Mill with Kreyzl, unlocked after completing Materia Prima.
- Opus Magnum – Begins at the Lower Semine Mill with Kreyzl following Forbidden Fruit.
- Troubadours – Found at Zhelejov Wagoners’ Inn by speaking with George and Michael during the day or early evening.
- Lackey – Can be started at Gamekeeper Vostatek’s House, west of Tachov, by speaking to his wife.
- Frogs – Initiated in Zhelejov by Olbram during daytime hours.
- Mice – Available in Tachov from Innkeeper Prochek.
- Battle of the Frogs and Mice – Unlocks in either Zhelejov or Tachov after completing Frogs or Mice.
- Invaders – Found at the Troskowitz Inn from Innkeeper Betty after the introduction.
- Miri Fajta – Begins at the Nomad’s Camp with Voivode.
- All’s Fair… – Located in Wysoka by speaking with Hired Hand Pavel.
- Hush, My Darling – Triggered in Miskowitz by speaking with the blacksmith’s wife, Martha.
- Lost Honour – Starts as a random encounter with Jezhek of Holohlavy at the crossroads south of Horschan.
- The Magic Arrow – Available at Devil’s Den with Pasha, requires completion of the Arrow-Head activity.
