The first map, Inferno, saw Vitality dominate with a 13-7 victory, thanks to an impressive ace from Shahar ‘flameZ’ Shushan. Astralis, however, fought back on the second map, Nuke, edging out a 16-14 win to push the series to a decider. In the final map, Mirage, Vitality’s momentum proved unstoppable, winning 13-7 and securing a 2-1 series triumph. Team Vitality advances to the semifinals of IEM Chengdu 2025, where it takes on MOUZ for a spot in the Grand Final.
FURIA Sweeps The MongolZ
FURIA continued their impressive form, overcoming The MongolZ in a convincing fashion. Despite The MongolZ’s promising start on Overpass, FURIA’s strategic prowess and the outstanding performance of Danil ‘molodoy’ Golubenko with the AWP led to a decisive 2-0 sweep. The victory propels FURIA into the semifinals, where they will meet Team Falcons in what is expected to be a fiercely competitive showdown.
