Xbox Game Pass Adds Baldur’s Gate Classics and More in June 2025

Microsoft has announced the first wave of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in June 2025. These include Baldur’s Gate classics and more, which is shocking we aren’t further into the month. As of June 5, Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition are now available on cloud and console through Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass Standard. Notably, PC Game Pass hasn’t gotten either of these new additions. Now that they’re here, loyal fans of Baldur’s Gate 3 get to discover how it all originally began.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine Returns

Releasing on 10th June, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition upgraded version released earlier this month and comes to Game Pass. It has been enhanced for modern hardware and gameplay expectations to come to Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate and PC subscribers. This release is a good fit for those who recently got into Space Marine 2 and want to get up to speed.

On June 11, any two weirdly different games will hit the service. First is Barbie Project Friendship which will be available across Cloud, Console, and PC for all tiers of Game Pass. On the same day, Kingdom: Two Crowns will exclusively land for PC users via Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

Sports, Sci-Fi Survival, and Control Universe All Incoming

EA’s Latest Soccer Entry

After the end of the football seasons, EA Sports FC 25 is making its debut on the 12th of June through EA Play integration which comes with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. EA usually adds new sports games to its roster at this time of year before announcing the next game.

Sci-Fi Meets Identity in The Alters

The Alters, a new day-one launch, is added to the Game Pass library on 13 June. This survival-based sci-fi game is available on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S. Jan, the main character, is tasked with surviving by creating alternate versions of himself amid a hostile alien world. 

Firebreak Explodes onto the Scene

Launching on June 17 is FBC: Firebreak, a collaborative first-person shooter from the developers of Control, Max Payne and Alan Wake. This studio has created a rare multiplayer game that is set in the Control universe. On the first day, the title is available on Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S and PC and Cloud.

Crash Bandicoot Spins In

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will also be available on June 17 for Console and PC via Game Pass Standard, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Ultimate. Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard means more releases are on the way. 

A Blend of Chance and Strategy

The unique action-and-dice-based combat title Lost in Random: The Eternal Die releases the same day. It features combat in real-time. PC and Xbox Series X|S will get the Cloud version on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass by subscribers.

Upcoming Showcase and Departures

Microsoft will hold the next Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday June 8 at 10 AM PT. The company is famous to add more stuff in Game Pass at the time of these events so we will get more announcements.

Some titles, meanwhile, will be leaving the Game Pass library on June 15. Players access to them will only be retained if they purchase them before they leave, with a discount of upto 20%.
